Express Yourself actively support you to pursue art in a non-threatening and relaxing group setting. The aim of the group program is that is designed to encourage maximum involvement and inclusion working with other participants to create and explore art. We focus on the creative process of the formation of art: the gathering, sorting, collating, imagining, sensory experience and exploring different art techniques.
The group program promotes social interaction with a strong emphasis on community collaboration. This program can be particularly beneficial for those at risk of social isolation, wanting to build friendship’s or just wanting to engage in a creative activity in a group.
Our programs also help you to identify, set goals and pursue art in a community setting (optional), which can include visits to art galleries and involvement in exhibitions.
